Negotiate Your Success: If You Don’t, Who Will?

Have you ever wondered why some people ALWAYS get the best promotions? Win annual awards? Receive recognition beyond (what you think) they deserve?  It’s simple, really.   They’ve mastered the ART of negotiations.   Not deals, or contracts, or price.    Success.  They’ve figured out how to Negotiate Their Success:   setting the stage, identifying value, and ensuring their desired outcome.   If they can do it, so can you!

It wasn’t always apparent to me how some individuals always seemed to get the best promotion or bonus or recognition. Until one day, I had an “aha” moment and thought: “This is in my control!” I reached out and received advice and support from my coach and mentor. I put those strategies in place.   And – starting really making success purposeful.

Today, I take those learnings and that approach and have built a system (including a personal coaching) to support busy professionals and rising executives to Negotiate Your Success.
